DETAILS

We offer free shipping on all Domestic orders totaling $75 or more.

All orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact support@mitsukokoro.com

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.

 

AFTER HOURS

No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 10 am-6 pm EST), on weekends or on holidays.

 

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

If you require overnight shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 pm EST. If you place an order after 12:00 pm EST, your order will be processed to go out the next business day.
